Exchange Policy

At Aafami.in, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple exchange policy.
1. Exchange Window
Products can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery.
Requests raised after 3 days will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for exchange:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must be intact
- Product must be returned in original packaging
- Invoice or order confirmation is required
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale
- Customized or altered products
- Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)
4. Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
- Email us at support@aafami.in within 3 days of delivery
- Mention your Order ID and reason for exchange
- Our team will guide you with the return process
5. Reverse Pickup / Shipping
- Reverse pickup may be arranged where available
- If reverse pickup is not available, customers must ship the product to us
- Shipping charges may apply in certain cases
6. Exchange Approval
- Exchange will be processed after quality check
- If approved, a replacement product will be shipped
- In case the requested product is unavailable, store credit may be provided
7. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
- Report within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear images for quick resolution
